El tubo de taladro, es hueco, de paredes finas, acero o la tubería de la aleación de aluminio que se utiliza en las plataformas de perforación.
Es hueca permitir que el fluido de perforación sea bombeado por el agujero a través de la broca y respaldar el anillo.

Drill pipe, is hollow, thin-walled, steel or aluminium alloy piping that is used on drilling rigs. 

It is hollow to allow drilling fluid to be pumped down the hole through the bit and back up the annulus.

Método de proceso:

Revestimiento de la Superficie:

Barniz pintado en tubo (pintura negra), petróleo de anticorrosivo,

Galvanizado, o pintura según la petición del cliente.

Los tubos y las juntas de herramienta se sueldan mediante soldadura por inercia o fricción.

El tubo se mantiene estacionario mientras que la articulación de la herramienta gira a altas RPMs.

La junta de la herramienta es presionada firmemente en el extremo del tubo, mientras la articulación de la herramienta está girando.

El calor y la fuerza durante esta interacción soldan los dos juntos.

Una vez eliminados los "ram horns" o el exceso de material,

La línea de soldadura sólo se puede ver bajo un microscopio.

Process of  Method:

hot rolling or cold drawn.

Surface Coating:

varnish painted on pipe(black painting),anti-corrosion oil,

galvanized,or painting as customer's request.

Tubes and tool joints are welded using inertia or friction welding.

The tube is held stationary while the tool joint is revolved at high RPMs.

The tool joint is the firmly pressed onto the upset end of the tube while the tool joint is rotating.

The heat and force during this interaction weld the two together.

Once the "ram horns" or excess material is removed,

The weld line can only be seen under a microscope.
